Social Media Specialist

You will be responsible for crafting compelling content, managing social media accounts, and monitoring engagement metrics to refine and optimize our social media campaigns. Collaboration with our marketing and design teams will be essential to ensure that all social media efforts are aligned with our overall marketing objectives and reflect our brand’s voice and values.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns.

• Proficiency in managing major social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and utilizing content management tools.

• Strong skills in content creation, including copywriting, graphic design, and video production.

• Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Hootsuite) and a solid understanding of metrics-driven optimization.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create engaging, brand-consistent content and effectively interact with the online community.

• Ability to develop and implement social media strategies and campaigns, employing a data-driven approach to optimize performance and achieve objectives.

• Knowledge of current social media trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
