What is Room 513 about?
Room 513 is a hilarious yet thought-provoking portrayal of one of Jamaica’s long-standing and ever-prevalent preoccupations: infidelity. While the subject is serious, the uniquely Jamaican way of weaving it into everyday life and family dynamics lends itself to being explored through laughter. Sometimes, comedy is the best lens for truth.
Patrick Brown, along with a tremendously talented cast led by the incomparable Glen “Titus” Campbell, truly “hits the nail on the head.” The laughter is non-stop—and might just “buss yu belly!”
